You have a sharp eye, and it is true that Sason is visible as a signature, but even if it is his drawing (which I don't know and can't verify) I doubt it will help you find the solution to this mystery

This technical drawing is from "Der Motorwagen" 04 January 1935, who repinted it from a swedish magazine, so the project must have been started even in 1934.
