Is its name written on the side of the car? If so maybe it starts with "S"? Or there answer is somewhere else ???

I think I know the source you mean - but I found the ID for this car in a different place (from a book...)

It's a mystery to me me how he could read the name. I can't read anything though I try to make it visible with Photoshop.  :o

Don't waste Your time trying to decipher this puzzle picture, because it was almost impossible to read the name on the original picture too :(

All I know is that it appeared at the 1985 Tokyo Motor Show, and was reputedly solar-powered. I don't even know if it was the product of one of the big companies. Very little about this car anywhere but any extra info always much appreciated  :)
