I would say that this is a Delahaye 135 with a body by Beaublat.
A  car advertising the Kleber-Colombes tires in the bicycle "Tour de France".

You are right! My source reports that is a type 145 and the second a type 135, but I don't think there is a v12 in there.....

The more you can tell me about this car (as a minimum; make, model and coachbuilder) the more likely you are to be awarded a point for your troubles.
