Yes it's a Hertel

, but not from 1899

It can be anything between 1896-1900. Max Hertel first appeared with his small car as an entrant for the 1895 Chicago automobile race. Ha produced his runabouts in small series between 1899-1900.

So if I have to vote for it, I'd say 1898
