What's the make and model name of this car?

diecastaussie

I think that it is a Citroen CX but it has been modified into a 2 door notchback coupe possibly by Henri Chapron.

Quiller

Yes, it's a CX  :) but the modified coachwork is not Chapron ...

It is the Avrily by Deslandes, a coupe-conversion of the CX ; they took the roof from a Citroën LN... I think only one was made. Deslandes is a french coachbuilder, more famous for his ragtop conversions of the CX...

Quiller

Correct! (although the name I have is Avrilly with two 'l's)
I never knew that was an LN roof...

Seems so obvious now you know though, doesn't it?
I think I prefer his DHC CXs, this one just doesn't look 'right'

The Citroen part bins was fully raided by Deslandes as Visa II rear lamps were used as well as the LN roof.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.
