It is a Ferrari, yes, but not a 212 according to my info.
It has another number and a full name.

Old thread, quick correction: 0117/S is a 195 Inter, not Export. The name "Export" is inappropriate here, as it applies only to the later (even serial number) cars which were built primarily for competition.
