You are almost there. It is a Hanomag __ 20. Locked for you.

Then I guess it is a Hanomag ST 20 - the SS 20 successor - built from 1947 to 1950.

Sorry, I must have a mistake in my notes. I have it as a RL 20, but that is wrong. It is a SS 20, the ST 20 as well as the late SS 20 had a simplified front. Sorry for that. One well-earned point for you.

After having a second look I took a third look and I'm in doubt again. The fenders and the cab don't look like those of the SS 20. I believe that it really is a RL 20 that received a closed cab to be used on the streets instead of the fields. I wasn't aware of that when I posted this puzzle. You learn something new every day at autopuzzles

Take a closer look and you can see the differences (windscreen, door, roof). The puzzle car is a converted RL20.
