This Bentley Mk VI Convertible was first registered in July 1951.  The saloon body was replaced with the current convertible body by coachbuilders Leyshon-James.  The source of your image indicates the rebody took place during the 1980's.  Another auction site with different pictures of the same car, indicates it was rebodied in the 1960's.

I also found, Leyshon-James built at least one more Mk VI, that looks just like this one.  It is red.

That's what I was looking for.
Derek Leyshon-James of Hereford built this car c.1982 according to my source. I doubt if it was done in the 1960s.
Another point for you.
