It looks like the window glass is installed in the door backwards. That means it's probably American or eastern European.

Sorry folks, I slept in.

It is indeed a SAAB 92, circa 1950. Like the SAAB 92001 prototype, and the SAAB 93 that followed, the doors were indeed 'backwards', or 'suicide' doors. 

Like all 1950 SAAB 92's (all 700 of them) this car was painted green, rumored to be surplus paint from their aircraft works.
