It is a slightly newer Dodge Daytona.  But this is a special one.

This it a Dodge Daytona Decepzione, a one-off built in 1989 and developed together with Lamborghini. The car was powered by the 3.5 litre V8 from the Lamborghini Jalpa. It never reached production ...

Another point to Delorean for the correct answer.

The one part you left out, besides having a 3.5 litre Jalpa V8 under the hood, it was AWD.
