It's not from Poland and I would hesitate to call it a replica of anything, although what it's meant to evoke is quite clear (I think!)

It would be difficult to find a donor car wide enough to fit the bill to replicate this car - which is why it looks so stupid. Is the base a Mazda MX5/Miata ?

I wonder which bit of it could really be said to 'replicate' a Ferrari Testarossa?!
