I'd like the name of this creation, and the name of the car on which it is based.

SeaLion

Stiletto was an exhibition vehicle design by Detroit stylist Gene Baker and built by Ron Gerstner on a space-frame chassis. It was powered by a Corvair engine and was built for a car-show promoting company.

Not bad! Knew the name of the car and the Corvair bit, but not the name of the designer and builder.
