Well, time to try some puzzles of my own.
I have no idea how tough these will be for you dedicated autopuzzlers, so I'll add them in the Rookie section first.

Know what it is?

Please, respond below and let us know the make and model designation of the car posted here.

If you haven't registered yet, you need to do so in order to reply with your answer.

Also, please be sure to check out our other puzzles, and, please post a puzzle of your own if you'd like - the more, the merrier.

Thanks!

I...ahem...should have checked before !  This car has already been mentioned in Autopuzzles. It's well hidden somewhere, but someone may find it !

Of course @re deserves the point! Especially since he had identified the car when it was posted in the rookie section, then forgot he had and offered me another easy point when he proposed another Gatso puzzle.

Does anybody have a photography of the Gatso with this hardtop?

I´ve found this picture today in an old cigarette album on a dutch flea market:

Hmmm, all the hardtop (photo) versions have a different front grille.
Only the puzzle pic and the sketch I´ve posted feature the ovally formed grille.

They must have changed their minds when they made the actual car.
Don't forget that is only a drawing!

But the puzzle car is real and it also has the oval grille.

Were there two different cars?
