IS IT THE OX? BUILT BY JOHN OXBORROW

Otto Puzzell

Not an Ox.

It was a test mule for a car that later went into (limited) production.

Dan

Probably not, if it has a Mini engine...

Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away!

Wow - not the most elegant mid engined Seven eh?

A shot in the dark: Panther Solo?

Otto Puzzell

No, not one of those.

The designer of this car was well-know, and participated in the design of a number of highly regarded sports and racing cars.

Otto Puzzell

Hmmm.....another clue....

The chap who hatched this design worked for one of the brands guesses above, then went on to work on a line of cars that featured construction techniques that really went against the grain, before moving on to this, his last project.

The car that resulted from this proof-of-concept prototype looked quite different.

Aproto of the mclaren f1 , peter srevens being the link?

Otto Puzzell

No.

This designer's early resume included time with  company that did compete in F1 however.
