We should ask Grob, but isn't "Dipl.-Ing." like a short for "Diplomiert Ingenieur" or something like that, rather than first names?

Hi Ray,

Dipl.-Ing. stands for "Diplomingenieur" - that is someone with a german diploma in engineering. It's roughly comparable to a Master's degree (plus) in engineering.
