Hi,
It's a Mollmobil (3PS) built in 1919 by Mollwerke A.G. in Oberlichtenau/Germany. The car was a minor success in Japan.

It's indeed not a definite year of production mentioned, but they started building cars in 1919. The range wasn't that big...

  I have had this very snippet in my folder for unidentified cars for years. I was wondering if it might have been a Hascho, but didn't take the more likely Mollmobil into consideration. Thanks for solving this riddle.

I was in the exact same situation. It had been in my "unidentified" folder for years. I stumbled across it today and decided the time had come to figure it out, which took longer than I'd like to admit. In hindsight, it should have been obvious.
