Not from NZ, and this car pre-dates the Delorean

Is it built on a GM base, any of the European satelite companies?

There is a GM car under there somewhere, though not a European one

Well, despite Brussels' best efforts, Britain isn't yet quite European, so maybe Vauxhall Ventora?

I'm pretty certain Britain is part of Europe!! Anyway, no Vauxhall bits here. The engine & drivetrain are sourced from the most famous GM brand.

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything and I'm in the last-minute (whole week) thrash to get ready for the salt flats.  So go ahead and open it up and if I run across something and no one else has found it, I'll chime in.
