Not any of the known ones.
This picture is not of the car after an accident, but one of the special feature of it.
And if you look close at the man, you'll have an indication about the place...

Hitler mustache => Germany (or Austria)?

Paul Jaray

It's a German car, named after his inventor, pictured with the car, and its a 'foldable' car.

The source reports the inventor's name of this cyclecar, and it's not York. It starts with 'Z'.

Okay, because he created a foldable motorcycle - but he was Hungarian though

This man is called Heirinch...you know the country and the special feature of this car.
If you recognize also the source, a quick googling may lead you to the solution.

Heirinch or Heinrich?

Paul Jaray
