Looks like a Buick, but its about 1/3 the size of a real Buick of that era...... ;)

Right, let's analyse what we have: looks like a front-engined rear-drive (live axle/cart sprung) job. It is a pillarless four-door fastback with a huge tailgate and it's not very large.

Probably European, possibly Italian

To be correct, it is not the Ford Vedette, but its utilitarian version, the Ford Abeille (which means bee in French). You can recognize it by the sheet panel instead of the glass window in the C-pillar, and by the rear hatch, of course.
