My shot is that it's a Bug of some type, given the characteristic horse-collar grille and red, oval badge....what type, I've no idea.

I think that is a type 57. Dont know if its an  SC or not. Also the front bumpers look like type 50 bumpers.

1939 Bugatti T-57 Ventoux

S/N 57614. Very nice late production car with still sharp older Phil Reilly & Company restoration. Runs great and pleasure to drive.
