That looks like a Maserati logo at the center of the oil gauge. Howsabout a Maserati Tipo 8C-3000?

You see, if you mentally change the angle, then the gauges, those two bolts, the "AUTO...<something>" plate, and the Off button all look to be in the right spot. 'course, that doesn't explain why one dash is engine turned and the other isn't. ???
Edit: Found another pic without an engine-turned dash. AND...check out the spark plug wire shrouds. I think the first hint was an extreme close-up of them:
