Looks very similar to the 80s Reliant Scimitar. Maybe this is also designed by Michelotti? A Ginetta of sorts?

Not a Reliant, Ginetta, nor TVR. I believe it was penned in-house by it's well-know manufacturer.

I add another picture; according to the source where I found this picture, Jensen's designers were involved in this project.
