The car looks italian....but it has tail lights from a Volvo 1800.  Is this some kind of custom?

The lower part of the side is very similar to an MGB, so I searched for mgb fastback and found the WSM MGB.
WSM is the acronym for Wilson-Spratt Motoring. It seems that this number 11 car is owned by Tony Wilson-Spratt, son of Douglas Wilson-Spratt, who constructed the WSM cars.
