Can´t find any internet reference, but I´m quite sure this is the 1969 Vignale Special Dart  with Miura-style headlamps and a body very similar to the Samantha.

It wasn´t produced as 1970 Ford bought Vignale and Ghia.

(Well, the Special Dart was based on Fiat 850 mechanical components as my sources tell me)

But Thank you, now I´m really sure. My book just talks of the "Vignale Special Dart". I had no photo, just a description...

Right you are. My source says it was based on the Fiat 128, but the Dart is the right car.
