Looks like a 1906 GP Renault, but there's something not quite right about the radiator top tank.

1907 Renault 35cv racing cars with a replica of the 1906 GP car's body on the chassis used for the 35cv saloon.  The headlamp suggests that it is one of the cars that ran in the 1908(?) New York 24 hour race.
