That for sure has some Chevy Nova heritage to it. Holden, perhaps?  Or South American?  But clearly part fo the GM family.

It can't be a Holden because it's left-hand drive.

Otto Puzzell

It is indeed related to the Nova.

HAH! HAH! I WIN!     ;D

Sorry, no clue where to go from here. One of those Spanish speaking countries, I suppose, where it was known as the No va.

It's got to be in Argentina, where the Nova was called Chevrolet Malibu or SS. But have not seen one like this before.

So close, and yet, so far...

In some Latin American markets, the Nova was sold as a Caribe.  Could this be one of them?  Ca. 1972 or so...?

This appears to be one of the modified Chevrolet Cupe Chevy models doing the rounds in Argentina during the early seventies. This example seems to be a Delfin SS (I think Delfin means Dolphin)  converted by Perello. I don't much about this company but they seemed to be around circa 1971-1975 and the Delfin used bits from a number of other cars.
