It is the mini-based Camber/Maya
was it the handywork of Neville Trickett ?
It seems to be the Camber / Maya project described here:

One can only presume it is from the days before 'aerodynamics" became part of the automotive lexicon! That is a face only a mother could love! :-\
This car is a Camber the Maya had a different front end with raised headlamps.

For clarity: The puzzle car is the only Maya GT to keep the headlight design from the Camber. The other 5 Maya's had the "raised headlamp" design mentioned by JR.
