Karn, with the new pic naming conventions, the pics must be saved to the threads as attachments. Otherwise, the pics in the threads will change when the pics are updated.

The pic on the front page is named per the agreed upon convention. The pic here has a unique identifier. So, the front page changes, the puzzle does not. This is the way I used to handle the "pic of the day", when that other site was going to link to us.
