It is! Nissan's MID4 II, the second iteration of this concept. "MID" indicated the engine's location in the chassis. "4" did not indicate the size of the engine, or the number of cylinders. The car was equipped with 4 wheel drive (33/67 torque split) and the second application of Nissan's HICAS 4-wheel steering technology - MID4 #1 had it first. Nissan deemed the car to expensive to mass-produce.
