You are probably correct in principal. The seller identifies this car as a  1952 Panhard MM Berlinetta by Allemano, one of four built. Having an 851 cc engine, this car might be, technically, a Dyna X87 or X89.

I found a spyder with very similar front, and it was named as a X86. So I presumed that the puzzle car was the same, but a coupé.

There were quite a few limited run variations on this Panhard, so I'm giving SeaLion the point.
