Much too easy - not one of those.
Well, with all my problems with my server I found this:
thati is a Zelenis Roadster. It was built in '58 on a 1951 Beetle chassis.
The Zelensis is a car made by Raoul Thiebaut of Zele in Belgium. He made about 50 bodies from 1958 into the early '60s. Probably about 10 cars still exist.
