well, as always in wartime - different car and truck companies are forced to built the same model -  someone else may find the correct name...

maybe it is the Autoblinda SPA Camionetta 43 Sahariana - 1941/43:

The general name was Camionetta Sahariana and there were many version (e.g. command car)
