Mercedes Benz T-80, built by Fernidand Porsche for Daimler Benz.

Powered by a Daimler-Benz DB 603 inverted 44 liter (no typo) V-12 aircraft engine, tuned to 3000 hp.  They were hoping to run 450+ mph.
