That's the Worden Austin.
It is an Austin 7 based 750 special built by Harry Worrall and Tony Densham (hence Worden).

A period photo of the Worden Austin from 1960.

The Worden racing car was designed with one simple purpose - to win the 750 Formula Championship, which it duly did in 1960. The Worden continued racing until the end of the 1962 season.
