Hi, that is a Click Mini from Click Car Corporation, Warszawa, Poland.
This company was formed in 2001 and between 2003 and 2004 built over 20 prototypes of a small, 2-seater Mini.In 2005 the factory in Pruszkow roll out the Mini Cabrio versio, the Mini Pick-Up and the Mini Cargo van. This vehicle house Lombardini petrol engines: 505-ccm 13.4-18.3-23.0 hp or 686-ccm 17 hp.
