It is the brasilian mid-engined VW Fittipaldi, built in 1969 by Wilson Fittipaldi and Ricardo Devila and raced by Emerson Fittipaldi. Two Okrasa 2,2 litre engines was installed, resulting in 4,4 litres... feed by four IDA's!
