Typical late Vintage US job: still using wooden wheels long after the rest of the world used metal, and shod with white-wall tyres (sorry, tires) to boot.
Could be anything as there's so little useful detail!
I want to say 1927 Lincoln Model L, but the barrel-type headlamps were out of fashion by '27. Make it a 1926 Lincoln.
