Argh!  I've seen it before!  If memory serves it is Renault 4CV or Alpine A106 based...(confirm?deny?discuss?)

OK, I gave you both a point on this one...I cropped it from an ad that didn't mention anything about Renault, but I was actually looking for Autobleu.
