I know that I've been going on and on about you posting old puzzles, but when I tried to go back to find this one, I encountered the same problem as you: This website's own search function did not find it when I searched for Gatsby, nor when I tried Griffin. Only when I searched for '164' because I knew that was the number of my puzzle, did it pop up. So there is clearly some malfunction here - my apologies to you if you have felt offended!
Admins: Do you know what this could be all about? It's a problem if the Search function can not be trusted!

Why the exact correct answer is NOT Gatsby Griffin? :D
Then it could be one of 15 Sceptre cars, built by Tom McBurnie in 1978 before he sold the moulds and the rights to build the car to Gatsby Coachworks.
