Make, type, designer & year. What is it based on, what car influenced the design? 6 questions for only one point.
Play fair, stay away from Google Search by Image' as it is BANNED on AutoPuzzles.

Tipo 33/2 Coupe Special Prototype (Pininfarina) 1969
Ferrari 250 P5 body was reworked and dropped onto a Tipo 33 chassis. The original P5 chassis was a P2 chassis (from memory) that was fitted with a 3 valve experimental f1 motor minus it's internals, and was later found bodiless at Pinninfarina - using the original drawings a replacement body was fabricated by Pininfarina. I have the issue of one of the ferrari magazines that details all of this but omits the "loss" of the body and it ignores that the Alfa ever existed.
The car is a size to big to be on a 206SP chassis, especially considering it had a 12 in it.
