I dismissed it too easily because it didn't look like any of the images I found of the F1's interior. The one you've posted is obviously an early one.

You got me back by solving 27 out of 30 already!!

And the McLaren I posted has had a refit, transforming the interior to that originally seen on the McLaren F1 GT. It's available as a retrofit and most retrofitted F1s seem to make use of it.
