8= 1951 Talbot 26CV by Pinin Farina

#1 the Bugatti, designed by Virgil Exner, was built by Ghia.

# 3 1954/55 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith by Vignale.
# 7 1937/38 Rolls-Royce Phantom III by Vesters & Neirinck.
# 9 1935 Peugeot 601 DL Eclipse by Marcel Pourtout (the car was the star in the film 'Le Schpountz').
# 12 1948 Delahaye 135 M by Pennock.
# 13 1931 Minerva 8 AL Convertible Sedan by Rollston.
# 14 1953 Pegaso Z 102 Thrill Coupe by Touring.

I can only imagine that #16 is a Figoni & Falaschi but that short tail throws me off...

Dynamike is right. Funny thing is that I found a picture of the car in a book, captioned as a "Farina" coachwork. "Who is this Farina guy?", said I, being not  specialist in italian coachbuilding, and I found it clever to add a "Pinin" before...

I've made the same mistake myself.

I meant it more as being pleasing that this puzzle is the one that promotes me to Expert.  :)
