Then I'll challenge that. I think it's a Healey-Abbott Drophead Coupé from somewhere between 1950 and 1954. 77 were built.

Edit: One thing I can say with absolute certainty is that the displacement of its engine is 2443 cc, and the car is actually from 1951 (registration date 24-01-51), whatever it is - which does make it less likely to be a Westland Roadster. To my knowledge, that was produced from 1946 to 1950 (obviously, it is possible that the car was registered later).

Paul Jaray's 11 minutes isn't bad, but it's not a Westland, it's an Abbott Drophead Coupé as identified by @re. I didn't ask the year as I don't know for certain, but 1951 is quite likely.
Can't give half-points so a point each, I think
