I'm running low on stockpiled Expert puzzles - so, this rookie puzzle gets called up from the minors. Have at it, Experts! :)
This is a car built by the Eisenach Motoren Werke (EMW) in 1954. I have not been able to find any other model designation than "World Record Breaker", although it's not very likely that the East Germans would name their prestige project in English... so, the name may have been "Weltrekordwagen", or, as it is called in a German site, simply 1,5-Liter-EMW-Rennsportwagen (racing car). It was piloted by Arthur Rosenhammer in a successful attempt to break the speed record for cars without a supercharger, at the Autobahn. Rosenhammer achieved an average of 229.5 kph over two runs of 10 miles.
In the book Meilensteine aus Eisenach, Reiche & Stück call it "EMW-Rekordwagen"
Yes, I do know this as the "EMW R3 Weltrekordwagen"

@re should get the point, not me. I only confirmed a name he'd already worked out.
