For the sake of precision, this is just to point that the caption under the picture says:
The 1940 Willys 6/66 concept car had become the Model 6-70 by the time this running prototype was photographed.

I think Otto gave you the point anyhow, or if not he should have. You found the car, and I only addedthe exact model name after checking your link.
