i saw something like this when i was trying to figure out that special bodied simca with the portholes 

can't find the same picture again to confirm my suspicions for sure, but i think it looks like it's a delahaye 175s with bodywork by saoutchik.....

I had it listed as simply a 1948 Saoutchik Cadillac, so while it's probably not the exact same car, it's more than enough for me. The point is yours!
