It's the Israelian Sabra pickup.

Known as the Sabra only in the US market.  Known as the Sussita elsewhere.

Pardon the French, but here's http://leroux.andre.free.fr/hist10o2.htm the only other image I've found with the domed (as opposed to the more common rectangular) grille.
