Perhaps it's a Fuldamobile, or one of the licence-built versions
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

Is it somewhat related to the polish Mikrus?

Nope.

Clarification: I believe the name of this car is derived from a French word; where it was built in not entirely clear to me, but it could very well be German. This seems to be the last known example of this car in existence. It is, not unexpectedly, free of body rust.

Yep - no rusty body panels here...

Aluminium then....

Well maybe a former aircraft builder (german comnanies were not allowed to built any kind of aircraft after 1945, of course) tried to build a car to get some work.
The only company besides Messerschmitt is Heinkel. So maybe this was a first attempt of Heinkel to conquer the microcar cosmos before they finally sold the Isetta clone "Heinkel Kabine"...

Otto Puzzell

Not aluminum, nor a Heinkel

This is the Schakomobil prototype,  built in Germany by Schako, a manufacturer of ventliation systems.

I've no idea what the coat of arms signifies, heraldry is not my strong point!  I found this car by accident while looking for the answer to a different puzzle.

Thank you Mr Jaray, you're not too bad yourself.

The collection of which that car is a part, is in the former carriage house of the home of a family with that coat of arms. Perhaps Grob can give us more detail...
