I'm fairly sure it's Schako, they are still in business, their web site is at www.schako.com although it doesn't mention anything about the Schakomobil.

Oh, amazing!

I´ve never heard of a Schakomobil before.

The coat of arms is of Meßkirch/Baden Württhemberg near Lake Constance as I know now...
