It says 'Renault'

Okay, that was a guess based on the hubcaps and the grille design.
(You should know that I take some wild guesses sometimes.)

It is much better at 'sit and beg' than my dog, so I guess it's not a Doberman.

That's a 1970 Ford Corcel. Actually there is a Renault connection, as it was designed by Willys/Renault
